Your business’ success will improve when your team members better understand their own faith journey and its role in their personal success and happiness, and how their faith is integral to their work. They can then be empowered to grow in a culture that flourishes and produces. That is where my program fits in.

I will use the tools from my book, LIFElines: Empowering All Aspects of Your Life, so your team members will come to find and better understand their personal faith journey. They will learn how the gift of their journey will make them personally and professionally more successful, happier, and better connected to the mission and success of the business.

The process will: affect their service to customers, understanding of colleagues, day-to-day management and visionary, focused leadership. The richness of the process reveals to attendees how to discover and use their God-given abilities. They will find that the courage, strength, joy, happiness and success they desire is available to them because of the lives they lived, not despite them.

Part of the process includes my program that uses a garden analogy to help develop an organizational culture that produces. God wants us to be happy, productive and rewarded; here’s how to make that work every day.

The program is not a Bible study or an evangelical exercise. The process provides an introspective exercise. Attendees discover their personal faith stories. The come to understand them and how they are used for an empowered life as one of God’s children.
